Emanuel Vamanu
Head of Research & Scientific Director — Greenbiom
University professor and researcher with over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical biotechnologies and the microbiome. Coordinator of Greenbiom research on functional extracts from Boletus edulis and their impact on the intestinal microbiota.
Author and co-author of multiple internationally published scientific studies, actively involved in the development of next-generation prebiotic and metabiotic formulas, with real-world applications in metabolic, cardiovascular, and digestive health.

Florentina Gatea
Senior Research Scientist — Bioanalysis & Innovation
PhD in Chemistry, with extensive experience in medical biochemistry and analytical chemistry, involved in over 45 national and international research projects.
Within Greenbiom, she coordinates the activities of analysis and characterization of biologically active compounds, validation of natural extracts, and correlation of biochemical data with functional effects on the microbiota.
Key expertise: biochemistry, advanced analyses (HPLC, spectrometry), bioactive compounds, scientific validation

Crina Scripliuc
Biotehnolog — Research Assistant, Greenbiom
Biotechnologist, graduate of the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest (USAMV), with training in applied biotechnologies and functional biological processes.
Within Greenbiom, she supports the research team in the development and testing of natural extracts, contributing to laboratory activities, experimental data analysis, and the support of in vitro and in vivo studies coordinated by the scientific team.
Key role: operational and scientific support in applied research

Greenbiom Timeline
Greenbiom’s development stages – from research to scientific validation
Launch of the Anoom Laboratories research program in partnership with USAMV Bucharest, focused on the intestinal microbiota and natural extracts from mushrooms and plants.
Optimization of extraction and atomization processes; quantification of bioactive compounds; in vitro and in vivo validation under the coordination of Prof. Dr. Emanuel Vamanu.
Obtaining the Greenbiom bioactive compound and registering the trademark at national and European level.
Preparation of commercial production and launch of the ColonX, Cardio, Glycemic range, followed by ImunoX.
Expansion of the Greenbiom platform towards B2B applications – FoodTech and functional cosmetics, based on the same bioactive compound.
